THE PROCUREMENT GATEWAY: MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

To provide an accurate feasibility report and capacity allocation, all RFQs must include the following documentation:

1. Technical Engineering Data

We speak the language of your engineers. We do not quote based on photos or descriptions.

  • Supported Formats: .STEP / .IGES / .DWG / .PDF (with full tolerances).

  • Requirement: Technical drawings must include material specifications, hardness requirements, and finishing standards.

2. Structured Program Intent

We consolidate capacity for committed industrial programs.

  • Annual Volume (EAU): Please state the Estimated Annual Usage per SKU.

  • Batch Frequency: Specify your required delivery cycle (Monthly / Quarterly / JIT).

  • Target Landed Cost: (Optional but recommended) To assess feasibility against current supply chain benchmarks.

3. Compliance & Certification Standards

  • Market Destination: (EU / USA / GCC) to determine regulatory alignment.

  • Certification Requirements: Specify if you require IATF 16949, PPAP Level 3, ECE R90, or specific ISO standards.

  4. Commercial Proposal: A consolidated offer including manufacturing costs, A.T.R. automation benefits, and logistics modeling.
